Tasting – “Yamatan Masamune” our clear and sharp brand sake
Yagi Shuzobu is a long-established brewery and our brand name “Yamatan Masamune” was named after the noted Masamune sword. Our brand sake is clear and aromatic in flavor developed by Ochi Toji using the traditional techniques of sake brewing. We make the best quality sake from crystal clear ground water combined with locally grown rice from Ehime, and keeping the entire building at a constant temperature throughout the year.
